As a Director of Business Development my role is to enable Exafore’s profitable growth by coordinating our marketing, identifying new customers worldwide and supporting the existing customers as well as the Exaforeans working with them. As successful hiring is a critical function for our growth, I support our People & Culture Specialist Rita (on parental leave) with her hiring and other HR tasks. I also work with Exafore’s CEO Juha with Exafore’s business plans and help Juha to execute those plans.
